  • Defended industrial groups operating on the solar energy market in a dispute concerning the performance of complex international joint venture contracts, industrial cooperation agreements, license contracts and agreements for the purchase of industrial solar module assembly lines
  • Advised and defended a global asset manager in several business disputes involving in particular contractual liability, white collar crime and international law issues
  • Advised French and foreign corporate creditors in the framework of insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings initiated against French companies and managed disputes that arose from the commencement of such proceedings
  • Counselled and represented industrial groups conducting operations in France in complex court-ordered expert investigations (e.g. in relation to the asbestos contamination of an industrial production line, a disaster that damaged the production tool of a steel producer, etc.)
  • Advised and defended foreign industrial companies in the framework of liability actions for latent defects or lack of conformity of their products marketed in France (including with respect to the determination of governing law and the enforcement of arbitration clauses)
  • Advised and represented a franchisor with more than 200 points of sale in France in connection with a wide range of disputes, including contractual liability actions, unfair competition practices (massive enticement of employees and diversion of customers) and infringement of trademarks and copyrights on advertising works and slogans
  • Advised and defended one of the global leaders operating on the online group buying market in disputes for unfair competition, trademark infringement, disparagement and breach of contract
  • Defended businesses and individuals victims of defamatory statements published in the press and/or on the Internet
  • Defended natural persons called in business disputes as guarantors of defaulting companies
  • Drafted distribution agreements, lease-management contracts and general terms of sale
  • Drafted legal advice memoranda on consumer law issues, including for companies operating in the Internet industry
