Admission of a new Partner and appointment of a new Counsel

Soulier AARPI is pleased to announce the admission of a new partner, Mr. Geoffroy Lacroix, and the appointment of a new Counsel, Ms. Chems Idrissi, effective as from September 1, 2017.

Geoffroy Lacroix focuses his practice primarily on business law and health law, and acts both as advisor and litigator.

He assists French and foreign companies from a wide range of industries in relation to their business dealings, including on “B2B” issues related to distribution and competition (setting up of distribution networks, practices that restrict competition, commercial negotiations, drafting of contracts, etc.) as well as on “B2C” issues connected with consumer law (unfair terms, online sale, etc.)

Geoffroy also provides legal assistance to health market operators on regulatory aspects related to their operations in France, as well as in product liability litigations.

Geoffroy practiced at the Economic and European Law Department of Gide Loyrette Nouel for almost six years before joining Soulier AARPI as Counsel in 2015.

Chems Idrissi specializes in M&As, domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and corporate law.

She assists a French and foreign clientele comprising primarily multinationals, industrial and services companies and investment funds in connection with external growth transactions, transfers of businesses, group reorganizations and restructurings, private equity and LBOs.

Chems also counsels foundations, associations and endowment funds.

Chems practiced at the Corporate / M&A Department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for almost three years before joining Soulier AARPI in 2012.
