Acquisition of Occade Sport
Jean-Luc Soulier and Catherine Nommick assisted Groupe Canal+, a company member of Vivendi Group, France’s leading pay-TV provider and largest audiovisual group, in the acquisition of Occade Sport, a company specialized in sports event management services. Following completion of this acquisition by no later than February 2008, Occade Sport shall be integrated under the trademark Canal+ Events into the Publishing Division of Groupe Canal+.
