André Soulier commissioned by the LFP to write a report on Third Party Ownership arrangements in the world of professional football
On September 2014, André Soulier, Chair of the Legal Affairs Commission of the French Professional Football League (LFP), was commissioned by the Board of Directors of the LFP to present in Spring 2015 a report on the hearings that are currently conducted on the issue of Third Party Ownership in the professional football industry, and to provide recommendations for the future.
