On June 20, 2012, the Court of Appeals of Lyon found one academic and one newspaper editor guilty of defamation against Mr. Jean-Michel Aulas, President of Olympique Lyonnais, one of France leading soccer clubs, and the company Olympique Lyonnais. Case pleaded by André Soulier.
