Canal+ Events and ASVEL Basket enter into sale agreement
Pursuant to a sale agreement entered into between Canal+ Events and ASVEL Basket, ASVEL Basket has acquired the marketing and ticketing business of the ASVEL basketball club. This agreement put an end to all pending disputes between these two companies. Jean-Luc Soulier represented Canal+ Events in all such disputes and assisted the Canal+ Group in connection with the sale of the business
