On April 28, 2009, the Lyon Court of Appeals overturned a judgment in its entirety rendered by the Lyon Criminal Court finding the head of an oncology department guilty of moral harassment of several colleagues. This is one of the first applications of the Law 2002-73 of Social Modernization dated January 17, 2002. This case was handled and pleaded by André Soulier.
