On the record : “Les Mérieux”

As a friend and counsel of the Mérieux Family, André Soulier, who sat at the Lyon municipal council with Jean and then Alain Mérieux, wanted to pay a tribute to this ingenious dynasty and authored an article published in the Official Municipal Bulletin of the City of Lyon.
