We are pleased to announce that we are again recommended by the Legal 500 Paris and Legal 500 EMEA 2019-2020 in the following practice areas:

Labor & Employment law: The labor & employment practice of Soulier Avocats is led by Emilie Ducorps-Prouvost who joined the firm in 2011 after a few years in a major business law firm. The team of three lawyers assists many foreign groups, particularly in the chemical, metallurgy and pharmaceutical industries. The team assists corporate clients in establishing their operations in France and managing the problems they face in terms of individual and collective labor relationships. It provides legal support on a daily basis and advices on strategic files, including restructuring projects. The firm has also recently handled a crisis situation.

Environment: Soulier Avocats serves major industrial groups to manage particularly sensitive cases. The team of three lawyers stands out for its in-depth cross-functional expertise in environmental, public health, health and safety issues. It advises clients on regulatory issues and has extensive litigation expertise before commercial, civil, criminal and administrative courts. The firm is in charge of several leading cases in the agrochemical sector; it works in particular on complex authorization and liability issues involving exchanges with the Ministry of Agriculture. Finally, the firm is consulted on classified facilities and pollution issues. Jean-Luc Soulier leads the practice, and can count on the support of the very promising Laure Marolleau (counsel).

Dispute resolution: Based in Paris and with a strong presence in Lyon, Soulier Avocats has a team of “multilingual lawyers who are at the service of the client and who invest a lot of time and effort to properly understand their clients and explain their ideas”. The firm supports many French and international industrial groups. It handles a wide range of litigation. It recently worked on a complex financial dispute that it settled in a very positive way for its client. It is involved in numerous commercial and industrial disputes, particularly in environmental and chemical matters. It handles for example cases related to gas stations and the development of solar parks. The firm also acts on behalf of several clients in the new technologies sector. Finally, it deals with criminal law. Jean-Luc Soulier and André Soulier have extensive experience. Geoffroy Lacroix is also recommended.
