Trelleborg

Trelleborg, a leading global industrial group, recently announced the signature through its Trelleborg Engineered Systems business area of an agreement to acquire the worldwide operations of the US company MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets, a leading player in the area of Printing Blankets for the graphic industry and part of the US group MacDermid Inc. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado (USA), MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets has production units in the US and France and employs approximately 400 employees, including about 270 in France. The acquisition, conditional upon the fulfillment of certain conditions and the approval of the appropriate authorities, is expected to be closed during the second quarter of 2008.
