André Soulier, former 1st Deputy Major of Lyon and former Chair of the Human Rights Sub-Committee of the European Parliament, was a guest speaker at the “Twinnings and cooperation, a value of civilization” symposium held on December 1 in Grenoble under the auspices of the Association Les Amis de Présence Africaine (Friends of African Presence) in the framework of the International Solidarity Week.
