World Law Group Merger Control Basics 2010

We are very pleased to announce the release of an electronic version of the World Law Group Merger Control Basics 2010 booklet.

This booklet was designed as a quick reference guide to merger control worldwide: as such, it provides information on two of the most important questions related to merger control, i.e. filing thresholds and investigation periods, in 53 jurisdictions across the world.

The booklet was created by the members of the World Law Group Antitrust & Competition Practice Groups. The World Law Group is a network of 50 independent law firms on six continents with more than 260 offices in major and mid-sized commercial centers world-wide.

Our law firm authored the France chapter of this booklet.
